Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation


  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever is earlier.

  • To cancel, please contact us at care@auricmills.com with your order number.

  • Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled. 

Return Policy

  • Due to the nature of our products (food/grain/flour), returns are not accepted to maintain quality and hygiene.

If Accepting Returns for Damaged/Incorrect Items:

  • Returns are accepted only for items that are:


    • Damaged during transit

    • Incorrect/wrong product delivered


  • You must raise the request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for:


    • Cancelled orders (before dispatch)

    • Verified damaged/incorrect items


  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.


  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened, used, or tampered products


  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer


  • Products bought during special sales/offers (unless damaged or wrong)

Replacement Policy (optional)

Instead of a refund, a free replacement may be provided for eligible damaged/incorrect products.
